During this week long retreat, here amongst the healing lands of Costa Rica, we gather to explore the inner landscape and the intuitive nature and wisdom of the healer within. Amidst the mountains and ocean vistas in a relaxed group setting, we reflect on the importance of nature in relation to wellness and how your connection to others shapes your ability to receive the health and well being you deserve.

Through private sessions, group discussions, exercises and excursions, this retreat will gently guide you to acknowledge, trust and finally, embrace your own deeper wisdom and to understand the role it plays in how you heal. We ALL have the power within to heal – ourselves AND others!

Teresa Duncan is a trained healing arts practitioner. She has studied with Brazilian Healer Edemir Rossi for 10 years, is certified in Reiki and is a Healing Touch Practitioner. She also works intuitively with Young Living Medicinal Oils, as well as various crystals.

On her first spiritual retreat in the mountains of Brazil, Teresa received her Shamanic Guide initiation through a profound, life-altering spiritual healing and awakening. Since then, she has touched many with her gift. She works with purpose and joy and brings her beacon of light to all she meets. Teresa now travels frequently to Brazil. During her last visit, she received a powerful initiation from the entities of the Casa with John of God. She has travelled through Peru guided by the Shaman Puma, and has attended several retreats around the U.S. and Guatemala. The countless hours she spends healing and learning brings her immense happiness. She has complete faith in this work that transforms people and their lives.

Karen Heil is a certified Thai Yoga Practitioner, certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher.

Her own life-long journey of awakening and healing has brought her to a place of appreciation for the magic and the mysteries. Karen has a natural ability to create a safe & nurturing space for your sessions. With her combination of healing arts, she intuitively creates a unique approach for each individual. She works with you to enhance your own inner healing energy, allowing its power to bring transformation and renewal. It is through her own inner-work and healing that she brings compassion and a heartfelt desire to help others along their path towards wholeness.
